QuestionPro - Research Access Forums

Hi,
I just subscribed to the professional version of QuestionPro only b/c they said on their website that this version supports the Semantic Differential and Likert type questions. To my surprise however, these types of questions are not listed in the queston selection menu when I want to add a new question.
Does anyone know whether they in fact support these types of questions, or they basically just liked to sell their product?
