Hi Jen,

What you can do is send a Reminder to the email list to which you have already sent the Survey to. This will send the email to the 2 respondents who haven't yet answered the Survey.

For the additional 4 email addresses upload them in a new list and send the Survey to this new email list.

All QuestionPro Branding (Logos and Links) can be removed only with the Corporate license level. You can upgrade to the Corporate license level and contact Customer Support and all branding will be removed from the Surveys. You can also custom brand the URL:

Yes, when ABBS is used along with Respondent Tracking the Respondents can only submit the Survey once.

What you can do is setup two Display Type Questions and setup the Required Text for each Question. Then Setup Branching so after they select Yes/No they will be branched accordingly to either of the two screens. Then you can branch the two display type questions to the end of the Survey. Try setting this up and let me know if you have any questions.

Validation can only be checked when you click on the Continue/Submit button. You can have multiple pages on the Survey and distribute the Questions across pages as opposed to having all the questions on a single page. The Survey will proceed only after the validations requirements are satisfied for each of its page. Thanks,

You can setup a General Password for the Survey and enable the ABBS option. This way the Respondents will be able to answer the Survey only once. For help on ABBS you can visit:

Hi,

To change the Global options you will need to Select all the options i.e. Font, Font Size and the Width. You can select the appropriate Font size and if you do not want to change the other options then you can select the font as Ariel (Default) and set the width to Default. Then click on the update button to save the changes.

Currently it is not possible to edit the email address once entered. You will need to delete the email address from the email list and upload the correct email address again. If you have already sent the survey invitation to that email list then please upload the correct email address in a new email list.
