When sending out reminder emails, does the system re-send ALL emails on the list or just those who did not completed the survey initially?

Is there input checking to validate the user enter the email address in the correct format? (i.e. john@yahoo.com and NOT john@yahoo)

I like to measure Importance vs Performance on attributes. I used to use SurveyMonkey and use a matrix rating question format to have respondents rate importance, then I would have them rate my clients performance and also competitors' performance. I used the data to creat a quadrant where I could literally map out positioning.

What's the best way to do this in QuestionPro?

It would be helpful if QuestionPro listed the number of respondents (started and/or completed, whichever the user chooses as the default) next to each survey on the "My Surveys" page. This would allow a survey administrator to quickly glance at the page and have an idea of how the various surveys are doing in terms of respondents without having to drill down into the reports for each of the surveys to find the info.

Thought I'd just run this by everyone on the bulletin here to see if others agree and if so, maybe QuestionPro could add this feature.

Hi All,

I am planning to open a bookstore to serve a growing resort community in Collingwood, Ontario and want to survey residents/potential customers in the target market.

I want to explore what they are looking for, what they would like to see, ideas for special events, etc.

Hi all, I have devised a questionnaire to study the customer experience while buying travel products (air ticket, hotels, rent a car etc.) on line and what elements are more meaningful and important in contrast with the less useful. Please take out 5 minutes to fill up this questionnaire and express your opinion about buying personal/leisure or official travel product/service in a web based environment unlike traditional buying.

Hi

According to me inhouse verification is most effective way of doing a background verification as you are confident about the information you are verifying. In third party verification you are not sure about the verification details.

I am trying to send out a survey via email and I want to track viewing, completing etc. I can't figure out how to send the link. Instructions say cut and past this exactly. I followed the instructions and sent it to myself as a test and it gave me an error message on the link. It appears I need to insert specific survey information but I don't know what to enter or where.

Also, when I send out the email do I need to send it HTML or plain text to track viewing etc?

I am interested in organizing fellow workers at JFK airport in New York. The fact is that even though we are responsible with many techinically advanced and physically demanding roles as well as maintaing security and safety of the traveling public we are contract workers who are paid very poorly, less that a livable wage. I am trying to create safe place fellow workers to express themselves and possibly move towards organizing an independant union without fear of reprisal or recourse.
I understand that this is a progressive opportunity for evaluating the potential needs of the workplace without interference from management or those who would intimidate workers for speaking out.

Im a paid user for this site. I have edited an existing template and everytime i preview the survey, none of my open ended questions are included in the survey. How can i make sure that all the new questions im adding are part of the survey.

I am on the free trial and trying to evaluate the email marketing capabilities - basically I want to create an email list, send everyone on the list a survey, and then be able to track who has taken the survey. Can QuestionPro do this? How can I see the screen?
