Hi all, I have devised a questionnaire to study the customer experience while buying travel products (air ticket, hotels, rent a car etc.) on line and what elements are more meaningful and important in contrast with the less useful. Please take out 5 minutes to fill up this questionnaire and express your opinion about buying personal/leisure or official travel product/service in a web based environment unlike traditional buying.
