Can the system help to create unique password for every respondent? This will also help to prevent the respondent from taking multiple survey.

You can setup a General Password for the Survey and enable the ABBS option. This way the Respondents will be able to answer the Survey only once. For help on ABBS you can visit:

This only prevent the respondent to use the same computer to answer the survey more than once. Will it prevent the respondent from taking multiple survey by using different computer?

Yes, when ABBS is used along with Respondent Tracking the Respondents can only submit the Survey once.

How do I post a new topic? I have looked everywhere, and I cannot figure this out. I am a member of over 20 forums, and this is the first time I have had this problem.

It certainly appears on this site that we are not allowed to post a topic - although there is an option to do so within our Profile section.

Are the 20 Forums you mention part of this Research Forum?

Since we cannot post a Topic is seems that our option then becomes to Reply to other replies to the "set Topics." So pick a similar Topic and insert your querry within the Subject Title of your (probably numerous) Replies.

On the Subject bars all the way to the left is the Post Topic" and all the way to the right is the "Last Email Reply - the person's name ."

Hopefully that helps, and you can also call the company but it is difficult to get ahold of someone (I have done it though).
