I sent out a test email invite with survey attached. One of my
cowerkers is getting a message saying: Survey has already been
taken on this computer. It lets her take the survey, but we want to
see why this is happening.

This message is displayed if the Survey is already taken from a particular PC. We
store cookies to check this. You can disable this message using the "Disable
