Hi,
i am doing a research/comparative study between comoanies that are doin their verification inhouse versus those who are doing through 3rd party.

Hi

According to me inhouse verification is most effective way of doing a background verification as you are confident about the information you are verifying. In third party verification you are not sure about the verification details.
