QuestionPro - Research Access Forums

I'm doing my first questionnaire - a fairly standard ad evaluation study. There are 3 15-second video ads and a battery of questions for each. I'm using a panel provider for sample.

The program works perfectly when I test it. But the when the vendor uses the provided links the videos don't play. I've had several friends pretest and they have the same issue. The files are .avi and well within the QuestionPro size limits. QP tech support keeps saying that the users may not have the appropriate browser plugins but they all assure me that they do.
