I need some help I have produced an music survey to find out peoples tastes in music.

And I would like to know if my questions are simple, short, comprehensive and get straight to the point.

Would you kindly inform me on how I can improve the questionnaire or tell me if it requires any tweaking as I would like to send my survey to people to fill it in asap.
