Hello,

We are a membership-based non-profit. We have created a simple survey and uploaded our member's email addresses, first, last names. (~350)

We have a problem with certain ISPs bouncing the emailed survey invitations. Specifically, no survey sent to a Comcast.net address ever gets delivered any of our surveys, yet we're able to send email from our association's own mail servers to these members without any difficulty.

What I'd like to do is generate a TakeSurvey URL myself based on the uploaded member-addresses we've uploaded and then resend the survey to these few people manually.

I've tried taking the link that QP sends and using that as a template for those that got bounced.

http://www.questionpro.com/akira/gateway/nnnnnn-uuuuuuuu-0

Where nnnnnn was the SurveyID and uuuuuuuu was the EmailID. This didn't completely work, since the Respondent Email in the reports was null.

I've also tried using this approach:

http://www.questionpro.com/akira/TakeSurvey?id=nnnnnn&ext_ref=uuuuuuuu

Which is better, because at least the ext_ref id is set to the EmailID, yet it still doesn't associate it with the Respondent Email in the report.

Is there some way I can do this and have the survey re-associated with an email id already in my email list?

It's really important for us to find a way around this, since we haven't been successful in getting comcast to look into why they are rejecting this email.

If there were some way to see the Response from Comcast's servers when QP sends email, we'd know WHY it's getting rejected and could fix that.

Any ideas or possible workarounds? (Ideally something we can do to get mail sent by QP to be accepted)

Different ISP's have various SPAM policies and rules. The reason for rejections can be anything from a suspicious subject line, content in the email or comcast blocking QuestionPro IP addresses.

It is very difficult to find out what goes on because the emails do not get bounced.

Now with respect to tracking, you can use the "Export Batch for External Distribution" feature to export out unique URL's for each of your email addresess.
