QuestionPro - Research Access Forums

I have a rank order question that asks respondents to rank their top 5 industries from a list of 22. I only want to know out of the 22 what are their top 5 and in what order.
The comment at the bottom of the question says "Rank values must be in between 1 and 22". I want this to say "...between 1 and 5" or no comment at all.
How can I alter or remove this comment?
