On the Customize Scale/Weight I have set up:

Highly Satisfied 5
Very Satisfied 4
Satisfied 3
Dissatisfied 2
Highly Dissatisfied 1
N/A (Not Applicable)

that means we do not want to count the final N/A (Not Applicable) answer in the custom mean. It is unticked in the default Mean Calc. to disable it from the mean calculation but that does not seem to apply it to the custom mean calculationwhich means our percentages are incorrect. Can you help me get around this?

many thanks

Mark
